Corporate Values
Our success flows from six core values wired into our DNA over the past half century, which guide us everyday and are the ideals that drive what we do and how we do it:
Integrity - We are painstakingly honest, fair, trustworthy and respectful in all our TelePhoto activities and relationships. We create a safe workplace and preserving the environment is paramount. Protecting the public racing interest is fundamental and ethical conduct is recognized, deeply valued and exemplified by all.
Customer Focused - "We know instinctively that customers are always right – even when they are wrong." We learn to listen and "connect" with the customer always setting expectations to be exceeded; anticipating needs and constantly looking to create value from a customer's perspective is the key.
Innovation - We think outside the box trying to stay on the cutting edge of technology. We understand that products need to be relevant, differentiated and must add value.
Quality - "Best in class" describes who we are; we adopt best practices, establish success metrics and performance-based targets. Quality is not an endpoint as "constant and never ending improvement" is the journey. The quicker we take responsibility and ownership of the problem the quicker a solution presents itself.
Community - We value teamwork and appreciate the interconnectedness and interdependency between all stakeholders: customers, employees, suppliers, regulators, and shareholders. We view it extremely important to give back to the Community and say "thank you", especially to those less fortunate.
Accountability - We take ownership and responsibility by empowering ourselves and our colleagues. We thrive in a performance-based culture and understand that thorough but expeditious decision making is an important part of being successful.
